Terms & Conditions
- All room rates are inclusive of tax and 10% service charge.
- All rates quoted are in Thai baht.
- 3 rd people (Adult) when joining the room will be at 1,100 baht/night inclusive of breakfast.
- Maximum 3 people in one room.
- All rooms are non-smoking room and not allow pets in the room and at resort.
- Long weekend require minimum stay 2 nights.
- 20 December to 10 January require minimum stay 3 nights.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- In order to secure guest reservation, full payment by credit card will be required to confirm guest booking.
Child Policy
- Maximum one (1) child under 4 years old sharing existing bedding with parents free of charge on room basis only. Additional child 4-12 years old will charge BHT 550 per room/night with breakfast and blanket.
- Additional child under 4 years old will be charged BHT 350 per room/night with breakfast and blanket.
Check-in / Check-out time
- Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
- Late check-out upon request and subject to room availability.
Cancellations and no-show policy
- Confirmed booking cancelled within 7 days before arrival date and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total number of rooms are reserved.
